Raw Vegan Superfood Chocolate Trufles

1 Cup Cashews (Previously soaked for 4 hours)

1 Cup Almonds (Previously soaked for 4 hours)

1 Cup Pecans (Previously soaked for 4 hours)

10 Medijool dates

2 Handfuls pumpkin seeds

1 Tbsp. Mesquite Powder

1 Tbsp. Macca Powder

1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

2 Tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder

2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

2 Tbsp Carob Powder

2 Tbsp Coconut Flakes



In a food processor, combine all ingredients

Process until texture is smooth

Roll mixture into 1 inch balls with your hands

Roll the balls in hemp seeds, cacao powder, carob powder, or coconut flakes

Refrigerate for an hour and keep them in airtight container.
